Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Grove's Brand building and Acquisition effort in five international markets: India, Philippine, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
  • Focusing on promoting Grove to SMEs, especially Tech companies or Tech-related companies.
  • Create a Lead Generation methodologies and identify potential clients.
  • Reach out to clients using international platforms. 
  • Build networks at tech hubs, associate in the tech industry and tech or tech-related enterprises.
  • Own the marketing strategy and execution, including but not limited to user acquisition, contents/SEO, SEM, brand identity and community building
  • Craft strong product messages and strategies uniquely suited for our traction channels based on a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape
  • Work with the Product, Sales and Customer Success to improve the user experience and marketing metrics through Product-Led Growth
  • Align with Sales Leaders to develop target account strategy and Lead-handoff best practices to produce results leading to incremental pipeline growth
  • Ensure timely follow-up by SDRs on all Marketing-generated leads
  • Solicit ongoing Sales feedback regarding opportunity quality, and make adjustments as needed to provide the best Opportunities
  • Provide support/coaching to the SDRs around business process, Sales collaboration, and lead qualification
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to share customer response to campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and program effectiveness to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in international marketing or working at a start-up that provides services or technical products on a global scale.
  • Experience in HR domain, SaaS sales, software, Tech/IT service in B2B environment.
  • High energy level, highly-motivated and with a strong passion for selling
  • Well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry-leading Lead Qualification methodologies and best practices
  • Good communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese & English

Nice to have: 

  • Experiences in working at SaaS or Software companies.
  • Have chance to work as Customer Experience (CX) level
