Job Description

The HRBP team plays a partnering role with the Business Units (BUs) and Departments to provide HR consultancy and solutions aligning with business/department strategy and objectives. Currently, we are looking for a new member who will work closely with HRBP to assist them in the HRBP procedural works. Taking this new role will give you a systematic view of most HR processes, while also giving you the opportunity to interact regularly and directly with employees, demonstrating your ability of excellent customer service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understanding of HR processes & procedures, focus mainly on HRBP processes.
  • Understanding of BU structure in order to perform HRBP functions and interact with managers, employees.
  • Implement processes to facilitate HRBP services with high quality to employees including:

           - On-boarding process (from pre-onboarding date, onboarding date and follow up actions during the process)

           - Probation process (probation evaluation reminder, related actions after receiving the result)

           - Work permit process for expat

           - Global mobility process (visa application, guidance and procedures)

           - Offboarding process

  • Other operation tasks related to HRBP processes (PVI healthcare insurance, reimbursement, reporting...).
  • Create process documentation/workflows/guidance.
  • Measure the effectiveness of HRBP processes and services that apply, ensure certain working processes meet the standard.
  • Ensure employee concerns and requests related to HRBP processes applied are addressed suitably and correctly, make sure essential concerns and information to be updated/shared to HRBP right away.
  • Continuous improvement of current processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts is preferable.
  • Experienced in setting up/implementing working processes, procedures is a plus.
  • Experienced in HR/Admin/Customer services is a plus.
  • Have special interest in doing operation and procedural tasks.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrate a good mindset at customer services.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
  • Research and data collection skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve team goals.
  • Ability to keep deadlines, reliability, and precision.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed.
  • Knowledge about HR practices and processes preferred.
  • Experience using IT systems which support the HRBP process (LMS, HRIS,…) is a plus.
  • Good at using MS Office, in particular, MS Excel.
