Katalon is looking for someone who is passionate about engaging, developing people, providing HR services to support business strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Work closely with the Employee Happiness Officer to maintain/develop a harmonious workplace where people feel engaged, energetic, aligned with the company culture
Be an ambassador to demonstrate and embed company culture on daily basis
Play a mediator/ counselor role when coming to conflict resolution in the workplace
Ensure certain workplace standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed
Support and consult employees to make sure the compliance between internal and (external) government rules and regulations
Deliver HR services and solutions: As a HR representative, deliver HR services to Katalon employees through their full employee life cycle including but not limited to:
On/Off-boarding
Learning and development activities
Performance management activities
Workforce administration (Labor contract, Work permit, PIT, SHUI, Legal & compliance…)
HR management system (LMS, HRIS, PAS…)
Continuous improvements on these processes
Key Requirements:
Good understanding of overall end-to-end HR operation activities
Good knowledge about Labor law and HR
Business and commercial understanding about the IT industry is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using IT systems support to Learning/HR (LMS, HRIS,…)
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Good at communication (especially presentation, consultancy...) and relationship management
Ability to work independently and coordinate/ collaborate across the boundary
Research, and analytic skills
Have a positive, proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset
Other information
2+ years of experience in HR field
Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or HR management is preferred
