Responsibilities

  • HRIS Executive/ HR Executive under the direction of Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for build, develop the TRs processes, practices, analysis data and internal systems.
  • The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team of dedicated professionals who are passionately engaged in building a solid foundation for a great company. You will have the chance to see the dynamic and friendly friends.

Below are some key responsibilities we expect of you:

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems
  • Collaborates with HR staffs to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • HR internal system: Maintain and develop current HR system, to fully support HR team daily work, and improve HR working efficiency
  • HRM management: As an admin HRM controls and manages employee information, leave tool, report-line,org-chart, create HRM account for new comer, Disable account for terminated employee,..
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Make sure employee database are updated timely and accuraty 
  • Manage employee profile as personal profile, labor contract, offer letter,..
  • Do annual/quarterly manpower reports for Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs
  • Foreign Employee Report: Quaterly report foreign employee to Department Of Labour Invalid and Social Affairs
  • Make the reports: Headcounts/FTE on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Personal income tax (PIT): Register and update Tax code for employee, employee’s dependent
  • Follow and process the employee benefit monthly: birthday
  • Support for internal/ external auditing about employee profile if needed 
  • Consult, answer employee’s concern propertly and smoothly
  • Other tasks which is assigned by the manager and ad-hoc project

Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of related job experience preferred
  • Experience in a multinational working environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Ability to research, compiles, and interprets data in a logical format
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses. Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of commonly-used Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment. Able to identify potential issues, take the initiative to resolve problems and think through future implications
  • Language skills in both its spoken and written form is importance
