Responsibilities

KMS is looking for someone who is passionate about engaging, developing people, providing expertise and solutions regarding human resources to support business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver HR services and solutions: 

  • On/Off-boarding, pass probation, promotion, discipline
  • Monthly internal reports: Effort billing report, employee masterfile, Company invoice with vendors, security report, etc
  • Learning and development activities (Technical- soft skills, English, Leadership Development)
  • Performance management activities
  • External coordination with KMS Corp Service team (HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Security, etc)
  • Workforce administration (Labor contract, Legal & compliance…)
  • Workforce planning and HR budget controlling
  • HR management system (LMS, HRIS, PAS…)

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Internal coordination with Kobi members, Work closely with leadership team to build/develop a harmonious workplace where people feel engaged, energetic, aligned with the company culture
  • Induction for new employees
  • Play a mediator/ counselor role when coming to conflict resolution in the workplace
  • Ensure certain workplace standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed
  • Make sure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Weekly/monthly meeting and event
  • Support employees about Social Insurance, PIT and Private Health Insurance concerns.

3. Contribute to business strategy:

  • Assess and anticipate HR needs when there are organizational changes based on a solid understanding of business operations
  • Give HR inputs to business strategy and support effectively to meet business requirements from time to time.
  • Join a hand to build up Kobi culture.

4. Advise/ Consult on Organization Effectiveness:

  • Be an ambassador to demonstrate and embed company culture on a daily basis.
  • Be a change agent to support Management during changes when needed to achieve the business strategy.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of HR experience with 3+ years’ experience  in operational HRBP role or a similar job
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills
  • Human oriented, passionate in culture building
  • Love supporting people, customer service mindset
  • Experience in successfully building/developing a harmonious working environment & culture is preferred
  • Good understanding of overall end-to-end HR operation activities
  • Good knowledge about Labor law and HR
  • Business and commercial understanding about the IT industry is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS PowerPoint
  • Experience using IT systems support to Learning/HR (LMS, HRIS,…)
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good at communication (especially presentation, consultancy,...) and relationship management
  • Critical and Analytical thinking, decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate/ collaborate across the boundary
  • Research, data analytics skills
  • Have a positive, proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset 

Education/ training preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, HR management, or related fields
  • Other professional certifications are beneficial
