Responsibilities

Responsibility/Challenge/Opportunity:

  • Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clear with maximum uptime.
  • Implement and maintain Networking services,  server hardware and Microsoft windows, applications.
  • Deploy Windows servers, Linux OS for project teams
  • Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and provide the best IT solutions.
  • Day-to-day operations in monitoring internet and intranet connectives, security threats, support users in using IT applications, networking.
  • Be a part of the team to implement IT projects

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of corporate IT environment, software, and operating systems
  • Quickly identify/resolve the issue in the company environment and end-user sides
  • Good communication skills to work with end-users
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge in corporate IT environment architecture and computer
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and experience in TCP/IP LAN, WAN, and WIFI  network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge about Security

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk/Support role
  • CCNA, MCSA, LPI certificates

Nice to have/plus:

  • Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL
  • Good English communication skills
