Responsibilities

1. Job Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clear with maximum uptime.
  • Implement and maintain systems (network and server) to serve Kobiton internal and production environment.
  • Implement and maintain cloud services (SaaS) to serve Kobiton internal and production environment.
  • Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and provide the best IT solutions.
  • Support end-users when they have IT issues.

Qualifications

2. Requirements

2.1. Knowledge and skills:

  • Having 2+ years of experience in IT system administration for on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Able to diagnose, troubleshooting, repair, replace hardware and software.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Cloud, Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Networking (Cisco) to complete the basic assignment.
  • At least intermediate level of English level to communicate with US staff and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team to achieve the goals.
  • Eager to learn, be enthusiastic, and be careful in work.
  • Can-do attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
  • High integrity and strong business ethics.

2.2. Education/Training Preferred:

  • Foundation Amazon Cloud Certificate
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • LPIC-1: System Administrator (Linux Certification)
