We are in the process of developing an international sales team focusing on SMB and Enterprise segments to commercialize Katalon products. Katalon is looking for a seasoned business development leader to grow the sales team, define and drive revenue plans, as well as creating a culture of growth and performance.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
Define and optimize sales processes, technologies, and programs with measurable results
Manage and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals
Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize the lead-qualifying process
Collaborate with the Product team to optimize offerings to current users and new markets
Perform revenue planning and forecasting
A minimum of 5 years of professional software sales experience, testing and engineering fields are preferable
Experience of operating in a start-up or rapid growth environment
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills to operate effectively at the C-Suite level
Proven track record selling enterprise software to international accounts
Deep understanding of the sales/purchase process with the ability to engage clients’ senior-level executives
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to create and drive products’ offerings and revenues
Disciplined, organized, dedicated
Must be willing to travel abroad
