Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support Marketing Team regarding database build up, event organization and social media activities management.

Your key responsibilities:

Market Research

  • Collect data on target companies, target prospects, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends and business opportunities

Plan and execute content on Social media channels

  • Work on social media channels and content management
  • Measure and report for the Social performance
  • Advertisement on Social channels (LinkedIn/Facebook/YouTube to support for branding and event)

Plan and organize the webinars / offline events for KMS Solutions

  • Identify the requirements and expectations for each event
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers
  • Implement and improve performance of events
  • Collaborate and manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong ability in market research analysis, can handle large amounts of data
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to work with external vendors and internal team
  • Experience in search engines, web analytics and business research tools
  • Experience in social channel management and content creation
  • Experience in planning and organizing webinar/events
  • Familiar with CRM tools and digital tools to support for Marketing field (Google Trends, SEO Audit Tools,..)
  • Can do attitude and result-oriented mindset, multitasking
