Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for joining in developing the marketing strategy, creating & executing strategic marketing plans for KMS Healthcare in order to attract potential clients and retain the existing ones.

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Marketing Director from the US and indirectly report to the KMS Healthcare Managing Director in Vietnam.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing plan and execution, including but not limited to client acquisition, content/SEO, SEM, brand identity, and community building
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the Marketing Director, Sales, Senior Management.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing department's staff.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing on a global scale.
  • Has working experience in global business, SaaS/Software
  • Hand-on experience in Digital Marketing about services
  • Is able to measure and analyze data to make decisions
  • Has hands-on experience with Web Analytics, SEO, and email marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Woopra, Optimizely, MailChimp,...) 
  • Has high standards of excellence and pays attention to detail
  • Had demonstrated her/his ability in managing a diverse team and lead them to success
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Studied or worked in US or understand Healthcare industry is a plus
