Visily is an AI-powered UI design software started from KMS Labs, the startup incubation arm of KMS Technology. Our team consists of technology entrepreneurs who have built successful product companies from scratch:

  • QASymphony - test management platform, merged with Tricentis, valued at $2B
  • Kobiton - mobile testing platform, raised $34M with over 60K customers
  • Katalon - test automation platform, raised $27M with over 1M users
  • GroveHR - HR platform used by 5K companies

Join our team to build the easiest wireframing & prototyping tool for non-designers (think of Canva but for UI design). If you have a genuine passion for UI design, design systems, exploring new design tools (including AI tools), and keeping up with the latest design trends, this position might be for you.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the product team on design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
  • Create and maintain the design system for the product
  • Support the team not just as a UI UX designer but as a domain expert, because we’re building a UI design software.
  • Support marketing team to create marketing graphics and materials

The Challenges

  • Design interfaces that are both simple & visually appealing for non-designers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • A portfolio that demonstrates experience in UI, UX and product design
  • Good knowledge of design principles & theories to help build a better UI design tool
  • Highly proficient in modern design and prototyping software, e.g. Figma, Sketch, XD.
  • Excellent visual communication skills
  • Experience with usability testing, user research, UX benchmarking
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development
  • Accessibility design
  • Strong interpersonal and independent working skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
