Responsibilities

Work as a Principle .NET Engineer on web-based application projects in . NET-related:

  • Lead development team to design software architecture and implement the whole system
  • Ensure code quality and development practices are followed in a project team. Be a hands-on role model in that regard to technical team members
  • Mentor and provide guidance to software developers in the project teams and company-wide
  • Lead/participate in company-wide training, knowledge sharing, and R&D initiatives
  • Stay on top of the process and technological trends and help define & enforce standards/practices within the project teams or company-wide
  • Participate in the pre-sale effort to build a proof of concepts or develop the project

Qualifications

  • Proficient in one or more programming languages and platforms with .NET/ .NET Core as the primary platform
  • Proficient in software design, language paradigms (OO, functional etc.), design patterns and principles
  • Proficient in software development processes and agile development practices
  • Continuously research and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Collaborate with all functions in the business, including Project Management, Implementation, BA, and BD and support in bid/ proposals.
  • Perform hands-on coding and code review with other peer developers as needed
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans
  • Rich experience working on front-end frameworks as ReactJS, Angular or EmberJS
  • Experience in using cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
