Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Sales to prepare the Proposal presentation (Mainly about Commercial Proposal like: Quotation, Cost Structure Explanation) to Prospect.
  • Prepare the NDA agreement, SOW/contract and addendum letters. (Sales Admin needs skills to understand and convert KMS technical/commercial proposal to the basic service agreement).
  • Process the Change Request process to the current project (Quotation, Addendum to the current Contract,…)
  • Help qualify potential leads coming into the pipeline, upon the request from Business Development Director
  • Assure the quality of hosting business meetings, luncheons and dinners with prospects and clients
  • Prepare and coordinate the executive meeting agenda with counterparts on prospect or client side
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Marketing team to support the online/offline tech/ customer-care event / project kick-off/acceptance events, ...
    • Support Finance to process the invoicing/billing process to current Customers / in-progress project.
  • Prospect-care Administration:
    • Process the Prospect-care activities (e.g.: Mid-autumn gift, Lunar New Year gift,..)
    • Maintain and monitor the Customer Stakeholder’s event to propose the corresponding customer-care activities to current Customer (e.g: Anniversary of company, Birthday of key stakeholder, Product Launching, Branch Opening, ….).

Qualifications

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the Sales Admin for IT company (prefer Software / Software Services) who provides the B2B service.
  • Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fluent in English
