Responsibilities

  • Implement 2 main sale channels: Direct Sale and Indirect Sale or selling via Partner.
  • Focus on promoting Grove to SMEs, especially Tech companies or Tech-related companies.
  • Reach out to potential candidates which are SME companies in Tech or related Tech industry.
  • Be able to use international platforms and build networks at tech hubs, associate in the tech industry and tech or tech-related enterprises.
  • Align with Sales Leaders to develop target account strategy and Lead-handoff best practices to produce results leading to incremental pipeline growth
  • Ensure timely follow-up by SDRs on all Marketing-generated leads
  • Solicit ongoing Sales feedback regarding opportunity quality, and make adjustments as needed to provide the best Opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to share customer response to campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and program effectiveness to optimize future campaigns.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings, sales demo meetings for highly qualified profiles
  • Provide real customer feedback to improve the product
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Understand Customers expectations about HRIS
  • Do demo/join meetings in view to develop as Sales exec
  • Maintain and update customer information in the current CRM system

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in international sales or working at a start-up that provides services or technical products on a global scale.
  • Experience in HR domain, SaaS sales, software, Tech/IT service in B2B environment.
  • Be able to travel if needed.
  • Have a chance to work at Customer Experience (CX) level or use Reseller Partner.
  • Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
  • Previous experience using marketing automation software
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High energy level, highly-motivated and with a strong passion for selling
