Responsibilities

Scope:

  • Build and lead a team of outbound / inbound sales for our SaaS B2B product
  • Hands-on with the sales operation
  • Generate sales appointments, do sales presentations at the client offices, follow-up 
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product to define the sales strategy 
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop our sales pipeline
  • Hire, train and coach sales, outbound telesales and inbound sales team members 
  • Improve the sales scripts 
  • Work closely with Customer Success to make sure customers are satisfied 
  • Represent our brand and positioning adequately 

Key hard KPI include:

  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
  • Revenue targets

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales for 2-4 years
  • Experience in the early stage of a growing tech startup is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and good presentation 
  • Analytical mind and result-driven
  • Mainly Vietnamese language. Good English is a plus
  • Motivated by the challenge of building a team from scratch for a SaaS product
  • Wants to learn sales in a Tech company
  • Hard working, high achiever
  • Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past
