Responsibilities

  • Lead Grove's Brand building and Acquisition effort in five international markets: India, Philippine, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam 
  • Define a clear growth path from Visitors to Sign-ups and Sign-ups to Product Qualified Lead
  • Be hands-on with the execution of the strategy 
  • Build a global brand around specific content pillars in the HR industry
  • Build our offline presence in the region through events
  • Hard KPI:
    • Visitors to Sign-ups
    • Sign-ups to Product Qualified Leads
    • Absolute number of new customers
  • Soft KPI:
    • Global brand awareness

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in international marketing or working at a start-up that provides services or technical products on a global scale.
  • Working in global business, SaaS/Software is a plus.
  • Hand-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Be able to build Reseller Partner system or worked at companies that used Reseller Partner
  • Is able to switch hats between brand building and user acquisition, 
  • Is comfortable working with limited marketing budget (i.e. limited ads)
  • Is used to making fast decisions with incomplete information
  • Can come up with her/his own experiments and approaches to produce viral growth and optimize for acquisition
  • Has experience with a range of user acquisition channels, but with a focus on organic channels (Content, Viral videos, SEO, Email, Partnerships,...)
  • Is able to analyze data to make decisions
  • Is fluent with social media and understands user behaviors
  • Has hands-on experience with Web Analytics, A/B testing, SEO and email marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Woopra, Optimizely, MailChimp,...) 
  • Understands what it takes to build a Product Lead Growth strategy from a Marketing point of view
  • Has high standards of excellence and pays attention to detail
  • Had demonstrated her/his ability in managing a diverse team and lead them to success
  • Good communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese & English
