Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise APIs using Python and AWS services
  • Develop ETL process to integrate data between system
  • Develop CI/CD pipeline using CDK/CloudFormation and AWS Services (Code Build, Code Pipeline)
  • Develop data models in different backend system (Open Search, Dynomdbo Aurora)
  • Participate in their planning and design processes
  • Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer on building backend and APIs
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-tier enterprise architecture environments
  • Experience in developing enterprise APIs using (REST)
  • Experience in development event driven architectures using AWS services (SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
  • Experience in development ETL process for AWS data lake

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to take abstract or partially-formed ideas and break them down into discrete tasks and drive out requirements and designs
  • Strong development skills – must be able to work “hands-on”
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects and organize effectively
  • Self-motivated, directed and passionate about what you do
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently, and self-manage day-to-day work
  • BS in Computer Science, equivalent work experience
