The responsibility includes design, coding, troubleshooting and working with the project team as well as customers on features/bug fixes.

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • At least intermediate level of English level
  • Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Technical requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in C++
  • Solid background in C++ programing & strong experience developing C++ based, large-scale, high-performance software
  • Experience developing Multi-threaded, multi-process, distributed systems
  • Experience MySQL
  • Basic knowledge and interest in REST APIs, Web-Service, JSON
  • Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities
  • Able to work on Linux development environment

Nice to have:

  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
  • General broadcast industry experience
  • Multimedia programming (codecs, containers)
  • Video / Audio standards and protocols
  • Qt framework
  • MOS newsroom protocol
  • OSX and Windows operating systems
