RESPONSIBILITIES
EMAIL MARKETING & ADVERTISING
Explore, plan, generate, run, and optimize all the email marketing (Mailchimp) and online advertising campaigns across platforms, networks, and communities for recruitment goals & activities and brand marketing.
Tracking and report the campaign performance using UTM and reporting tools weekly and monthly.
SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT
Manage all KMS Technology Vietnam social networks: in charge of routine, occasional, and campaign-based content to build brand love and serve brand marketing purposes.
Keep a close eye on competitors' social activities and trends to take opportunities for growing brand attention and image on social networks and planning social/digital marketing strategies.
Build a network of external & internal KOLs & influencers that help maintain and promote the brand in targeted communities.
Other tasks/projects, when needed.
SEO/SEM & DIGITAL PRESENCE
Perform on-page SEO and work closely with the web developers on technical SEO.
Create high-quality SEO content and assist with content marketing.
Plan, develop, and implement keywords and link building and optimization.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Using Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
Keep exploring new networks and communities and methods to promote the brand online.
At least 3 years of proven experience working mainly in social media advertising, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Have an established knowledge and hands-on experience using email marketing tools (MailChimp, GetResponse, etc.), website/application development process, and a wide range of social media channels for the corporate brand (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Zalo, YouTube, and so on).
Experienced and familiar with Google digital tools (Google Data Studio, My Business, Ads, Tag Managers, and Analytics) and SEO/SEM is a must.
Strong analytical and research skills and evaluate digital status & KPIs to report on the impact of social media activities.
Have a creative mindset and experience in developing and implementing social media content & campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Digital advertising agency background is a plus.
