Responsibilities

As a part of our Digital Testing team, the position is to drive end-to-end software testing engagements for enterprises in Vietnam and the global market. The responsibilities include shaping the scope, solution and proposal (i.e. pre-sales), leading the small teams to deliver the work while interfacing with the clients. The position also provides  guidance in developing the team members.

  • Enterprise Testing Solutioning: Work with customers/partners to understand their business requirements, shape the scope and plan, then propose testing solutions/estimation/staffing/timeline. The approach is consulting-led
  • Project Management: Manage the project teams (each team size can be 2 to 5 members)  to deliver the work and interface with the clients. Help team to troubleshoot and guide the clients through process
  • People Development: Develop and maintain the curriculum to build and enhance the testing capabilities across the practice. Also provide the mentorship and coaching for the assigned members

Qualifications

  •  5+ years of work experience
  • Have knowledge of Software testing (Functionality, Integration, Automation, Performance and Security), Agile/Scrum Methodology, Full Software Development Life-cycle
  • Have solid experience with the end-to-end testing cycle for an enterprise with an ecosystem of multiple applications and systems
  • Consultancy experience in designing and proposing a test solution to clients or key stakeholders (either Functional/UI/API test, Performance Test or Security Test)
  • Have experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks either horizontal or vertical is a major plus
  • Experience in shaping the scope, plan, solution, estimate & timeline for enterprise or software testing projects
  • Have experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks either horizontal or vertical is a major plus
  • Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Solid client facing skill
  • Strong command in English communication
  • Documentation and presentation skill
  • Strong project management skills (multiple small teams)
  • Can work in a fast paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently

Others

  • Traveling required (2-6 weeks per quarter)
  • Oversea education and/or working experience is a plus
  • Vietnamese or Expats (living in Vietnam)
