Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Katalon is looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, improving organizational capabilities by providing expertise and solutions regarding Learning & Organization Development to support business strategy and objectives.

Deliver Learning services and solutions:

Proactively implement L&D services to Katalon based on current L&D Infrastructure inherited from KMS Technology and by liaising with other KMS HR teams when needed including but not limited to:

  • Conduct Learning Need Analysis and Build up Learning/ Training plan aligned with business strategy for Katalon members;
  • Implement and coordinate with internal/ external trainers to deliver learning activities: Technical training, Soft Skills training,...
  • Be a agent to build up Katalon as the Continuous Learning organization
  • Others: Leverage the learning system in particular KLMS system; Control L&D budget effectively.

Implement Organization Development initiatives:

Work closely with Katalon’s management team and KMS OD team to implement OD initiatives that can support Katalon has the effective organization by:

  • Implement Career Development/ Talent Management Programs for Katalon members
  • Support Management team to design/ arrange Organizational structure/ Title system when needed
  • Implement the Performance management program for Katalon by leveraging current Performance management approach of KMS
  • Support and consult Katalon’s management to increase organization efficiency and effectiveness when needed

Others:

  • Research trends, provide data, reports related to L&OD activities.

  • Perform any other duties, new projects or tasks as needed by line manager.

  • Give HR inputs to business strategy and support effectively to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

Experience You Need To Be Successful

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Organization Development

  • Experience in implementing/ coordinating L&OD activities for the company-wide such as: Career development program, Performance management, PIP, Internal surveys…

  • Experience in a multinational working environment and/or technology companies is highly preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in a team-lead position is a plus.

Skills/Knowledge You Need To Be Successful

  • Good understanding of overall L&OD activities

  • Business and commercial understanding about the IT industry is a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS PowerPoint and Visio.

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using IT systems support to Learning/HR (LMS, PMS,…)

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate/ collaborate across the boundary

  • Research, and analytic skills

  • Have a positive, proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset 

Education/ training preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, HR management, or related fields

  • Other professional certifications are beneficial
