Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clean with maximum uptime.
  • Implement and maintain server hardware and Microsoft windows, applications, networks.
  • Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and propose IT solutions.
  • Day to day operation in monitoring and continuous improvement in IT services
  • Secure and hardening the systems
  • Be a part of the team to implement IT projects

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • The clear understanding of the corporate IT environment, software, and operating systems
  • Quickly identify/resolve issues in a company environment and end-user sides
  • Good communication skills to work with end-users and internal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of server, storage, and backup infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Security: System hardening (on-premise and Cloud), System Monitoring, Patching, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)...
  • Good knowledge of Network architecture (on-premise and Cloud)
  • Good knowledge and experience in multi-platform: Microsoft, Linux, MacOS
  • Good knowledge and experience in Cloud services (G-Suite, Microsoft, AWS…)
  • Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
  • At least 5 years experience on system, network management
  • MCITP/MCSE, CCNA, LPI, AWS certificates
  • Good at English

Nice to have/plus:

  • ITIL, MCSE Security, CCNP certificates
