Responsibilities

Join our team to build a premier e-commerce & fintech platform to empower the trendy quality lifestyle for Gen Z in Vietnam. Our company is the newest company started by KMS Labs, led by industry veterans who have built and scaled various businesses in the past two decades.

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to take part in supporting our users throughout their personalized and joyful shopping experience on our platform.

  • Focus on Design and Execute Test Cases: Function, E2E test case for web/mobile app

  • Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, product analysts, business operation staffs etc.) to deliver a successful product

  • Have complete responsibility to enhance and drive end-to-end software testing engagements for e-commerce & fintech platform in Vietnam market

  • Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • English for reading and writing
  • Likely having 3+ years of experience in the software development process, especially the software testing process
  • Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Able to perform tasks under high pressure

Technical requirements:

  • Strong working experience on manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing...)
  • Strong working experience on cross platform (iOS and Android) mobile application testing
  • Have working experience testing web-based applications on mobile device
  • Have working experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
  • Being a senior member of the engineering team, self-motivated; able to find opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external direction

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge/experience with e-commerce, fintech platform is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience on Automation testing, API testing, using technologies and frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit) is a plus
