Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide a high level of procurement professionalism in managing the procurement of designated goods and services through effective process from identification of the requirement, evaluating, assessing, short-listing, selecting and contracting.
  • Contribute to developing sourcing strategy for critical and high-volume purchase along with cross-functional team while ensuring effective service level.
  • Supporting Procurement manager in driving initiatives.
Key Success Factors:
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all the goods & services requirement by Corporate Service.
  • High level of internal customer satisfaction with the individual and the processes used
  • Ease of purchase for cross-depts through product catalogue or preferred vendor lists.
  • Rationalisation of suppliers and supplier management
  • Adopting best practice through internal engagement

Other Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • College or bachelor’s degree with major in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or economics related major.
  • 3-4 years procurement functional experience supporting for Corporate Service is a must.
  • Proficient in time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of legal issues and contractual principles to effectively formulate contracts and Service Level Agreements.
  • Experience in large/multinational working environment or IT industry is preferred.
