KMS is on the hunt for a Recruitment Marketing Executive who joins to reinforce the recruitment marketing & employer branding strategy. This position’s sole mission is to maximize the employer brand’s presence on various platforms, foster brand awareness of KMS as a great workplace, and create innovative ways to attract prospective candidates on recruitment needs.
Being part of the Corporate Communications department, you will collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand presence at every touchpoint and synchronize all communication campaigns in resonance with the corporate branding strategy.
Job Duties:
Research, analyze, and draw insights of target candidates to propose appropriate recruitment marketing & advertising campaigns.
Work with the Creative & Digital MKT team to develop content and visuals at every touchpoint to brand KMS as an excellent workplace for all level of engineers and proactively propose the communications & advertising campaigns that help increase brand visibility, strengthen awareness, and call-to-action for supporting experienced recruitment needs.
Work with Talent Acquisition team to plan, run, and optimize acquisition activities across Vietnam and region to serve for recruitment, in terms of lead generation and contacts crawling with defined KPIs.
Do research, data analytics, and report market trends, competitor reviews, and brand-health checkups.
At least 2 years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or similar roles
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
IT industry background is a must
Graduate in Marketing/Advertising/Communications is preferred
