Responsibilities

  • Ensure the IT System infrastructure and services will be in alignment with the company goals
  • Implement and maintain server hardware, OS, applications, networks.
  • Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and propose IT solutions.
  • Day to day operation in monitoring and continuous improvement in IT System services.
  • Secure and hardening the systems, coordinate with the Security team to adopt/comply with the Security standard and framework: ISO-27k, SOC-2
  • Be a part of the team to implement IT projects

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • At least an intermediate skill level of English
  • The clear understanding of the corporate IT environment, software, and operating systems
  • Quickly identify/resolve issues in a company environment and end-user sides
  • Good communication skills to work with end-users and internal teams.

Technical Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years experience on system, network management
  • Strong knowledge of server, storage, and backup infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of Security: System hardening, System Monitoring, Patching, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)...
  • Good knowledge of Network architecture
  • Good knowledge of Software and License management
  • Good knowledge and experience in multi-platform: Microsoft, Linux, MacOS
  • Good knowledge and experience in Cloud services (G-Suite, Microsoft, AWS…)
  • Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL

Nice to have/plus:

  • MCITP/MCSE, CCNA, LPI, AWS certificates
  • ITIL, MCSE Security, CCNP certificates
