Responsibilities

Scope of work

Design software architecture and ensure overall software quality
Research and propose appropriate technical solutions to apply in the product
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team
Review software design and code committed by team members
Responsible for timely and high-quality delivery of software features
Mentor engineers on technical aspects (formal or informal sessions)
Conduct performance appraisal for engineering team
Help engineers overcome technical and process hurdles that slow them down

Qualifications

Profile

Has worked as a Tech Lead for at least 5 years for a large software product
Has lead a team of 10+ engineers
Is capable of building and evolving a software solution
Works well under pressure
Natural problem solver
Has a bias for delivering with the customer in mind as opposed to delivering with only the product requirements in mind
