Responsibilities

Scope of work:

  • Own the development roadmap by working with the Product Manager and Tech Lead
  • Manage the implementation of the product from ideation to production deployment
  • Organize the team around effective software development processes
  • Act as a first-level gatekeeper for the go / no-go (internal release)
  • Work closely with the product team and CS team to incorporate customer feedback into the software solution
  • Work cross functionally with other teams to resolve potential conflicts and align on the execution
  • In charge of resource planning, recruiting and budgeting 
  • Train and mentor the team on soft skills (time management, communication, cross teamwork, conflict resolution, giving effective feedback, etc.)

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Project Manager for at least 5 years in a large software product 
  • Has lead a team of 15+ people
  • Strong product and customer-first mindset
  • Proven project management and people leadership skills
  • Natural planner and organizer
  • Able to set and maintain a high working pace for the team
  • Works well under pressure 
  • Natural problem solver
  • Resolve conflicts as they arise and comfortable making fast decisions
