Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities:

  • Managing hiring process including:

    • Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to understand the business plan and the resource forecast
    • Collect actual hiring demands, JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
    • Plan resources and activities accordingly to fulfill both short-term demands and long term forecast.
    • Overseeing and reporting hiring activities and progress
    • Coordinating different departments and teams to review and resolve issues related to hiring and staffing, or to improve the hiring process.
  • Handling hiring requests

    • Sourcing: search for passive candidates & select most effective approach for the opening jobs
    • Advertising opening jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external
    • Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form, etc.
    • Offering: prepare the offer, call the candidate to discuss the offer and relevant information, follow up with the candidate until the final decision making, update newcomer information on the portal.
  • Supporting overall Talent Acquisition operation

    • Providing appropriate advisory to the Hiring Team, Hiring Director/Managers and the candidates.
    • Proactively build passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
    • Leading, managing and supervising members of the TA team members for their performance, team contribution and career development
    • Working with KMS Corporate Communication Team to organize Recruitment events (job fair, open day, seminar…) & partnership with universities for recruiting new graduates, interns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 05 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in IT companies
  • Strong experience/knowledge about sourcing/job branding on LinkedIn, ITViec, Facebook, IT Groups, Vietnamworks, etc.
  • Strong communication skills (Vietnamese, English)
  • Experience in leading team
  • Have good self-learning and self-motivation skills
  • Have “can do” attitude
  • Very well organized
  • Proactive, open-minded & autonomy
  • Highly responsible
  • Supportive & teamwork
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good networking skills
  • Knowledge on digital marketing/PR is plus
