Responsibilities

You are eager to sharpen your software testing expertise every day.

You are passionate about working directly with foreign customers.

You would like to work under professional environment, start-up spirit and many strong technical experts.

Below are some key responsibilities we expect of you:

  • Handle requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Consult best practice and work-around if the current product does not meet customers’ requirements.
  • Generate database reports as requested from sales/marketing or line manager.
  • Write some basic automation scripts to troubleshoot customers’ issues.
  • Coordinate with development team to understand customers’ issues and get them solved.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and follow up with their requests.

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

  • Have 1+ years professional working experience in Testing and Database query language such as SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Love to work with customers and external communications
  • Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies

Nice to have:

  • Knowing CRM and support systems, such as Zendesk, ServiceNow
  • Good English communication – in both writing and speaking
  • Customer Service, IT or technical product support
