Scope:
Drive growth through online & offline activities for a SaaS product
Define the digital marketing strategy and execute on it on different mediums (website, social media, chat bots, etc.)
Iterate and build a repeatable marketing funnel to convert visitors to customers
Work closely with content and product teams to define the right positioning
Key hard KPI include:
MQL, SQL
Conversion rates
CAC
Must have had prior experience with building and running funnels - can be B2B or B2C
Familiar with different marketing strategies and content distribution strategies
Preference for people who worked for high growth companies
Team player who is hands-on and can take the lead without relying too much on management
Minimum 5 years experience in the field
Motivated by learning, willing to work hard and want to be part of a growth story
Doesn't mind job titles, care more about being part of an interesting story
Fluent in mediums that are relevant to us (blogs, social media, LinkedIn, SlideShare, podcasts, etc.)
Innovative person, able to think out of the box
Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past
Management / leadership potential
