MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (KỸ THUẬT VIÊN TÒA NHÀ)

Responsibilities

• Operating systems and technical equipment of the building to follow the technical procedures. (Vận hành hệ thống thiết bị kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà đúng quy trình kỹ thuật).
• Repairing and initial processing of a technical problem in the building. (Sửa chữa, xử lý ban đầu các sự cố kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà).​​​​
• Repairing issues relate to water system, sanitary equipment, door and replace lock of table. (Sửa chữa các sự cố đường nước ,thiết bị vệ sinh ,cửa từ ra vào, thay ổ khóa, sửa bàn ghế hư hỏng).
• Monitoring and performing operation and maintenance works of the building and equipment safety. (Theo dõi and thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, thiết bị vận hành tòa nhà an toàn).
• Having experience to construction works basis, re-paint the wall and minor fixing wall is an advantage. (Ưu tiên kỹ thuật viên có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng cơ bản, sơn dặm vá, sửa chữa nhỏ tường vách).
• Researching, recommendation, establishing and implementing continuously process improvement plans, operation maintenance. (Nghiên cứu, đề xuất, thiết lập và thực hiện các kế hoạch cải tiến liên tục quy trình, vận hành bảo trì bảo dưỡng).
• Implementation of the regulations on safety and fire protection of the building. (Thực hiện các quy định về an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy của tòa nhà).
• Planning procurement and replacement of spare parts annually. (Lập kế hoạch mua sắm, thay thế các thiết bị dự phòng hàng năm).
• Report to Manager on the operation and maintenance periodically. (Báo cáo cho trưởng phòng định kỳ về các công việc vận hành, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng).
• Perform other tasks as requested by higher level. (Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên).
