KMS Technology, is a 10-year-old US company specialized in Software Outsourcing & Software Product Development. We offer two main service lines: Offshore Product Development and Independent Software Testing to clients ranging from start-ups to large technology companies. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support team in managing employee documents
  • Maintain employee data in KMS system
  • Maintain HRIS reports
  • Support to register PIT and Dependant Relief
  • Support to maintain data for social insurance report
  • Other administrative required by supervisor

Qualifications

 

  • For 2nd/3rd/4th students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
  • Interest in HR, especially C&B
  • At least 3-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to poise in handling highly confidential information
  • Good at organizational skill, attention to details
  • Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
  • Good at English skill in writing and reading
