UpStar is an incubator fully sponsored by KMS Technology. Our aim is to build global products made by Vietnamese teams. 

Every product we build needs to be global and become a market leader. Of the 3 products incubated at UpStar so far, the first exited successfully (QASymphony), 1 raised its first round as an independent company (Kobiton) and 1 is on track to become the global market leader in its category (Katalon).

We are now building our 4th generation of Product aimed at the HR / People industry (SaaS B2B product).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Create qualified demand for our SaaS product (B2B) through online & offline activities for a SaaS product
  • Build and execute different funnels to drive traffic and conversion through social media (such as Facebook, LinkedIn), paid campaigns (ads) and offline channels (events)
  • Qualify leads through email and phone in order to produce Sales Qualified Leads based on our set of criteria
  • Coordinate marketing efforts in regards to content, design, logistics and production (leaflets, decks, etc.)

Key hard KPI include:

  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
  • Conversion rates
  • CAC

Typical paths include

  • Demand Generation Manager
  • Marketing Ops

Qualifications

Skills/experience you need to be successful:

  • Prior experience in a similar role for 1-2 years is preferred
  • Familiar with different marketing strategies and content distribution strategies
  • Team player who is hands-on and proactive
  • Comfortable qualifying leads and coming up with scripts
  • Motivated by learning, willing to work hard and want to be part of a growth story
  • Innovative person, able to think out of the box
  • Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past
