Responsibilities

  • Design and develop virtual agents and chatbots based on LLM (Large Language Models) principles.
  • Evaluate and optimize AI Chatbot performance
  • Focus on Generative AI to enhance our technological prowess, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to measure the productivity gain with and without Generative AI, offering insights into the efficacy of these technologies.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools/frameworks, e.g: Langchain, LLamaIndex
  • Proficiency in NLP techniques and tools to further enhance language understanding and generation capabilities
  • Understanding and application of machine learning algorithms to improve the overall performance and adaptability of AI systems
  • Good communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in Python programming skills
