Responsibilities

  • Application Support:
    • Respond to user queries and issues.
    • Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
    • Document resolutions and update the knowledge base.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Document requirements clearly and accurately.
    • Assist in preparing functional specifications and user stories.
    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Stay updated on new and emerging technologies.
    • Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems. Or in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role or Application Support role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 7.0.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, especially software requirement analysis.
  • Strong listening, interviewing, and documentation skills.
  • Effective presentation and stakeholder relation skills.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies.
  • Personal qualities: Team-oriented, thorough, detail-oriented, and creative.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the Healthcare Domain, Agile environment, and professional certificates in Business Analysis.
  • Open to take onsite assignments in the US.
