Responsibility/Challenge/Opportunity:
Update our current Online Help portal to provide better implementation guidance to our clients - including writing English content, making short videos or using other innovative ways to help our clients
Create new content on our Online Help portal based on our frequent product release
Involved in taking care of customer's feedback on the phone or online and provide feedback to the Product team;
Produce customer support reports and provide analysis to the team
