Responsibilities

The Delivery Director at KMS Healthcare Vietnam is a leadership role responsible for overseeing software development operations and client engagements involving teams of 100-200+ staff. The role involves ensuring successful project delivery, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth. Occasional travel to US client locations may be required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Define and implement the overall strategy for growth within the accounts in alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Identify and evaluate business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the client side. Understand clients’ needs and ensure excellent delivery services to help clients grow.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor teams of delivery managers, project managers, technical leads, and software engineers. Develop their capabilities and manage their performance.
  • Executive Relationship Building and Communication: Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives. Deliver influential communications to C-level stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm. Regularly communicate with executives to provide updates and receive strategic direction.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to processes, quality and standards set by the company and clients. Identify potential risks related to the delivery of projects and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of service.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional client advocacy skills demonstrated through excellent business acumen, consulting expertise, negotiation abilities, and communication proficiency.
  • Competency in software engineering practices throughout the full lifecycle of software product development.
  • Strong people management skills, including experience in hiring, coaching, and people development.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 100 to 200+ individuals or delivering annual revenue of 10M+ dollars.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Knowledge in the US Healthcare domain is an advantage.
