Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with US-based clients and the Vietnam team to understand business needs and provide DevOps solutions
  • Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
  • Coordinate with teams to deliver product updates, resolve issues, and implement system integrations.Maintain/ monitor/ troubleshoot cloud-based environments to ensure performance and reliability
  • Develop and improve deployment pipelines to enhance product quality and delivery speed
  • Support containerization, microservices, and Azure cloud deployment for seamless CI/CD
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/Manager

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • At least Intermediate+ level of English
  • Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively clients with team members 
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Technical requirements:

  • +1 year of experience in DevOps across all phases of the software lifecycle
  • Experienced with Azure Cloud
  • Experienced with complex on-premises systems and migrating on-premises services to the cloud is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, etc.)
  • Experienced with modern CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment
  • Experienced in at least one programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Experienced working in an Agile, ITIL process, fast-paced DevOps environment
