Responsibilities

The Event Intern is an exclusive chance for students/freshers to start their career with corporate events, to gain experience in all aspects of event planning and executing.

Department: Corporate Communications

Key responsibilities

  • Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre-event, set-up, execution and post-event
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members, employees, vendors, supporters, designers...for the event
  • Support paperwork and others tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related major
  • Key characteristics: Friendly – Integrity – Dedication – Creativity - Human Oriented - Well-Organized
  • Be able to give smart, quick solutions when the situation requires
  • Mobility and Flexibility: Working with flexible time & place
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity, customer service, information management
  • At least 6 months of commitment (full-time/part-time) for the internship period
