Graphic Design Manager

Responsibilities

ART DIRECTION AND BRAND CONSISTENCY:

• Audit, monitor, and maintain brand creative guidelines to uphold consistent branding across all design projects and the organization’s visual touchpoints.
• Ensure that all the design deliveries adhere to the company policies and industry standards.
• Advise stakeholders on audience insights, graphic design specifications, and compelling visual solutions.

GRAPHIC DESIGN DELIVERY:

• Hands-on working together with design team members to deliver high-quality graphic designs that meet the expectations of the requestor and target audience, including but not limited to social/digital/printing graphics, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and other forms of visuals according to branded campaigns and communications purposes.
• Assist, provide creative direction or reference, feedback, and support stakeholders in choosing the appropriate style, graphics, images, and other visual elements.

TALENT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT:

• Team's workload, resources, and competencies management.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor subordinate graphic designers on the job to enhance their design competencies and stay updated on global design trends.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical experiences sharing to nurture the team's creativity and innovation; foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and career opportunities.
