Responsibilities

  • Implement 2 main sale channels: Direct Sale and Indirect Sale or selling via Partner.
  • Focus on promoting Grove to SMEs, especially Tech companies or Tech-related companies.
  • Reach out to potential candidates which are SME companies in Tech or related Tech industry.
  • Be able to use international platforms and build networks at tech hubs, associate in the tech industry and tech or tech-related enterprises.
  • Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of a sales team.
  • Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
  • Educates the team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing
  • Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans
  • Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
  • Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal
  • Recruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS sales, software, Tech/IT service in B2B environment.
  • 10 years of experience in the Business Development field.
  • Have a chance to work at Customer Experience (Cx) level or use Reseller Partner.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in international marketing or working at a start-up that provides services or technical products on a global scale.
  • Be able to travel if needed. 
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.).
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership.
  • Excellent in English communication, able to communicate and drive the conversations with customers over the phone
