Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated HR Admin Intern to join our team. As an HR Admin Intern, you will work closely with our HR department to support various administrative tasks and gain valuable experience in human resources operations. Below are some key responsibilities expected of you:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, new hire orientations, and onboarding procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR databases and documents.
  • Provide support in organizing HR-related events, meetings, employee activities, HR projects, and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide support in daily office operations.

Qualifications

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required
