Responsibilities

  • Internal coordination with Kobi members
  • External coordination with KMS Corp Service team (HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Security, etc)
  • Induction for new employees
  • Employee relationship engagement: weekly/monthly meeting and event
  • Monthly internal reports: Effort billing report, employee masterfile, Company invoice with vendors, security report, etc
  • Follow up ad-hoc tasks: Onboarding, Offboarding, pass probation, promotion, discipline.
  • Support employees about covid-19 related issues, Social Insurance, PIT and Private Health Insurance concerns.
  • Join a hand to build up Kobi culture.
  • Support HRM with assigned tasks: soft skill training, Performance appraisal, satisfaction surveys, etc. 

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years working experience. 
  • Intermediate English level
  • Human oriented, passionate in culture building
  • Love supporting people, customer service mindset
  • Calm, active and willing to take pop up unnamed jobs
