Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you have a chance to learn & practice including but not limited to:

  • Handle hiring requests for both technical and non - technical jobs including:
    • Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
    • Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests.
    • Sourcing candidates, screening resume, call approach for the right opening jobs.
    • Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, joining interview, collect interview feedback, etc.
    • Oversighting the hiring process & progress.
    • Practice and participate to build a large candidates database.
  • Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors.
  • Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field, especially Recruitment
  • Can work minimum 3.5 days/ week.
  • At least 3-6-month Full-time or Part-time Internship Commitment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace Products (Gmail, GG Drive, GG Meet, GG Docs, GG Sheet, GG Slides, GG Chat, etc.)
  • Friendly, patient, proactive and  self-motivation.
  • A good team player with high responsibility, customer-oriented, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
