Responsibility/Challenge/Opportunity:
Ensure the company IT environment is always clean and clear with maximum uptime.
Implement and maintain Networking services, server hardware and Microsoft windows, applications.
Self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and provide the best IT solutions.
Day to day operations in monitoring internet and intranet connectives, security threats, support users in using IT applications, networking.
Key Requirements:
Clear understanding of corporate IT environment, software and operating systems
Quickly identify/resolve the issue in company environment and end user sides
Good communication skills to work with end users
The ability to work well in a team
Knowledge in corporate IT environment architecture and computer
Strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP LAN, WAN, and WIFI network
Good knowledge about Network Security and Network troubleshooting
Good knowledge and experience in macOS and Windows environment
Have knowledge about ISO27001
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Mandatory:
At least 2 years experiences on IT Help-desk
Nice to have/plus:
AWS certificates
