Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Track and maintain asset lifecycles, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Develop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the procurement of IT assets, working with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and track software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT assets to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Secure IT assets to minimize the risk of theft, loss, or unauthorized use.
  • Prepare reports on IT asset management activities for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT procurement and asset or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
