Responsibilities

  • Work with CoE group to plan, prepare and report internal audits
  • Support Process head to update process documents, follow-up and report goals of CoE group
  • Support Technology team to facilitate technical events such as TechCon, TechShow
  • Support Technology team on administration work such as internal trainings, team buildings, meetings
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Work independently and track/follow-up/execute with precision and don’t hesitate to get help from others at right time
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively
  • Careful, Self-motivated, open-minded, organized and highly responsible
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Docs skills
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
