Responsibilities

  • Find and inspire companies to adopt the next-gen HRM solution for the success of their company and employees.
  • Help global reselling partners to also understand and be able to explain the product to their potential clients.
  • Manage to resell partner's pipeline, their market insights and user feedback to provide back to the product team to enhance the product.
  • Build comparison and competition strategies as input for both sales and product teams. 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role for 1-2 years is preferred.
  • Confident in telesales and supporting customers online / remotely.
  • Team player who is hands-on and proactive.
  • Motivated by learning, willing to work hard and want to be part of a growth story.
  • An organized person who is able to work with autonomy.
  • Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past.
