Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on implementation to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor performance for lead generation campaigns.
  • Develop and implement nurturing campaigns to optimize lead conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Enhance company visibility and engagement online via listing pages, SEO, and various social channels.
  • Optimize outreach campaigns across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, and others.
  • Identify target accounts, construct ABM databases using audience segmentation, and engage them through personalized multi-channel approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure the fulfillment of agreed-upon objectives.
  • Analyze digital data to generate actionable insights for website optimization, SEO, and digital campaign enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise marketing initiatives that enhance lead quality.
  • Stay informed on evolving marketing trends, including updates to Google algorithms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on SEM, SEO, Email, B2B Lead Gen Platforms..
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, can handle large amounts of data and do multi-task.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and digital tools to support for Marketing field (Google Trends, Google Keyword planner, Web master tool, SEO Audit Tools…).
  • Have experience in planning and organizing digital campaigns for other countries outside of Vietnam.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good experience in both BFSI and software development industry.
  • Can do attitude and result-oriented mindset.
